Advent Giving Tree
During this Advent season, we have the opportunity to practice giving to those in need through the annual giving tree. To participate, please take an envelope from the giving tree found in the vestibule beginning the first Sunday of Advent (November 30) through the third Sunday of Advent (December 14). This year’s gifts will go to the Care and Share food pantry, St. Joseph’s Children’s Home, and the Saint Rose Cookie Jar (to provide emergency relief in the form of money or gift cards for food, gas, utilities, etc. to those in need). To make a gift, please take an envelope from the tree and return it with a check made out to Saint Rose and write “Giving Tree” in the memo line. Please return the envelope and your financial gift to the collection basket or the church office by December 21. Thank you for your generosity and for supporting our local charities through your gifts.
